Allyson E. Cole joined Foley & MacAdie, P.C., as an Associate Attorney in February 2019. Allyson graduated Cum Laude from Florida State University where she completed her Bachelor of Science degree in History and Political Science before graduating in the top 20% of her class at Florida Coastal School of Law. While in law school, Allyson served as a research assistant with scholarly contributions regarding same-sex marriage. Allyson also served as a legal intern with the Fourth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida Judicial Staff Attorney’s Office where she received invaluable insight and experience with the interworking of the judiciary’s role in the legal sphere. Allyson is Bloomberg Law, Westlaw Next, and LexisNexis Advanced Legal Research certified. She received a Legal Research, Writing, and Drafting Certificate from Florida Coastal School of Law upon completion of her Juris Doctor.
Allyson has been a member of the Florida Bar since 2015 and the Massachusetts Bar since 2018. Before beginning her career in Massachusetts, Allyson gained practical experience in civil and family law in Florida. Allyson is committed to public service and devoted to contributing pro bono hours to victims of domestic violence. Allyson has worked with CARE (Center for Abuse and Rape Services) and SPARCC (Safe Place and Rape Crisis Center) in assisting victims of domestic violence. Allyson is also committed to community involvement and giving back to the community in other facets outside of the law, such as volunteering at Open Table and being a member of the Sudbury Valley Trustees.
